    For Lake Pump installation:
    • The ARC has added requirements for lake pumps for irrigation to the Rules and Standards document. The regulations governing lake pumps can be found on pages 10 and 12 of the ARC document. If you plan to install a lake pump, please contact the ARC.

    Reminders:
    • If you are having some work done on your property, all materials to be used are to be maintained on your property and not on common areas or the street. Rocks and other materials left on common areas or roadways, present a problem for mowers and cars.
    • It is the responsibility of the owner to make certain that a contractor doing work for you has gotten all of the inspections required by the ARC. If this fails to happen, the ARC will not sign off on the project and your deposit will not be refunded.
