    The Architectural and Environmental Control Committee ("ARC") is responsible for all construction and/or maintenance projects Any property owner pursuing such a project must submit an application and obtain a permit for the project at the earliest feasible opportunity. This early involvement will allow ARC to provide timely guidance that may avoid confusion and/or non-productive efforts by the property owner.     • If you are having some work done on your property, all materials to be used are to be maintained on your property and not on common areas or the street. Rocks and other materials left on common areas or roadways present a problem for mowers and cars.
    • It is the responsibility of the owner to make certain that a contractor doing work for you has gotten all of the inspections required by the ARC. If this fails to happen, the ARC will not sign off on the project.
