Hello Waterford Property Owners,
Winston Capital Group, the developer for the remainder of Waterford, is
installing a new marina and our residents have the opportunity to lease a slip from them.

Cynthia and Ed Thompson decorated our entry area for the holidays. Thanks so much for this beautiful addition to Waterford.
We have new landscaping and ornamental lighting near the entry. It sure makes our community look beautiful. Please take the time to enjoy the new benches recently added in Waterford.
Rita and Osvaldo Mercado worked very hard to have a new gate system for Waterford. If you need a new code or a remote, please contact them.
If you plan to have any work done to your property, you MUST submit the plans and an application for a permit, before any work is started. Some contractors may tell you they know the specifications and will handle the paperwork, and then they have not followed the proper procedure. This has resulted in errors made and remedies required.

A few reminders:
- Dogs are to kept on owner's property. If walking in the neighborhood,
the pet must be on a leash. We have been receiving some calls about loose
dogs frightening people and pets. Roaming or unleashed dogs will be handled by Travis County Animal Control.

- All vehicles are to be parked on the driveway. The vehicles may not be
parked on the street or in the turn-around areas.
- Boats, trailers, motor homes must be parked out of view. No
vehicle may park off the street on grass areas.
