MUD  (Municipal Utility District): Our community’s Municipal Utility District is Travis County MUD #10. The MUD board meets the first Tuesday of every month. Information to the meeting is posted at the mail pavilion. Residents may view the events calendar here, which includes MUD meeting dates. The district website has contact information as well as other district news and updates.

MUD#10 contracts with AWR to maintain the water and wastewater facilities, along with the maintenance of your grinder pumps. Please contact AWR SERVICES, INC at (512) 402-1990 or email info@awrservices.net for any water or sewer emergencies and all billing questions.

Garbage & Recycling: MUD#10 contracts with Waste Connections for your garbage services.

Trash is serviced every Monday morning. The limit is CART + 6 bags per service day. All residents MUST use the cart provided, If the resident does not use the cart, the bags will not be picked up.

Recycle carts need to be placed approximately 5 feet away from trash carts. Call (512) 282-3505 or email austincustomerservice@wasteconnections.com to start or stop services, or for questions about your service or billing.

IRIS (Immediate Response Information System): In the event of water, wastewater, service interruption or emergency you would be notified by email, text or phone. In order to receive these notifications, you need to call (512) 402-1990 to sign up. This is the Districts only way of communication. Please keep all information current.

Lago Vista Public Library: The Lago Vista Public Library is a great source of activities, various book clubs, Spanish classes, art classes, and meditation classes, just to mention a few. They have a Facebook page and a website that list their activities.
